Our products

Our balms and creams are made by hand in small batches from natural ingredients, including our own beeswax. Because they are natural and handmade, slight differences in colour, scent or texture between batches are normal and are not faults.

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Please read the ingredients, do a small patch test first, keep away from the eyes, and stop using the product if any irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, consult a doctor before use.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay.

For any deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country on arrival. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We may change our prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and the contract between us is formed, when we send you confirmation or dispatch your goods.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We begin preparing your order once payment is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to Cyprus, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and the weight of your parcel.

Because each order is packed by hand, please allow 1–2 working days for preparation. Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

• Cyprus — 1 to 3 working days.
• European Union — 3 to 7 working days.
• United Kingdom — 5 to 10 working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier and by customs. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct — we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

Returns and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days. Full details — including how to return an item and how refunds work — are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos and the brand name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for misuse of a product, or for a reaction where the ingredients were disclosed and the product was used as intended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live.

EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
