Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your right to cancel, how to return an item, and how refunds work.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. This is your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

How to cancel

To cancel, email us at info@georgiascream.com within the 14-day period with your order number. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough โ€” you do not need to give a reason.

Returning your items

After telling us you wish to cancel, please return the goods to us without undue delay and within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Please pack the creams carefully โ€” the jars are glass. Include your order number so we can identify your return.

Opened or used products (hygiene)

For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Sealed, unopened products can be returned within the cancellation period. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check the items, we will refund you within 14 days. We refund to your original payment method through Stripe โ€” you do not need to share your card details again.

We refund the price of the products plus the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a faster, more expensive delivery option, we refund only up to the standard rate. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if the items have been handled more than was necessary to check them.

We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged (the jars are glass, so this can happen in transit), is faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@georgiascream.com within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if possible. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery costs, and you will not pay return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
